Discoverers (KG to Grade 5)
MUDHAL – THE FIRST STEPS
The Discoverer stage is where a child’s curiosity is fresh, natural, and limitless. This is the age where their world is full of “why,” “how,” and “what if.” Parents also begin to wonder — “How does the school environment shape my child?” “How do I nurture confidence and curiosity?” “How do values and learning connect to future choices?”
At this stage, Charitham focuses on building strong foundations — helping children notice their strengths, express emotions, stay curious, and feel supported in a positive environment. The goal is not to push them toward careers, but to help them grow into confident learners.

Guidance on the methods and strategies of how to develop curiosity in children across diverse domains
Value Integration
Understand how values can be intertwined with academics in order to set a discipline that would resonate throughout their career. Align family values, habits, and environments to better support early childhood development.
Reflection journals
Simple reflective exercises that help parents and children to build confidence, empathy, and self-expression.
Directive Design
Help children build early habits of curiosity, reflection, and self-awareness — the perfect foundation for later stages of exploration.
