Dr .P.Nithya Gowri BE ,MBA Ph.D
Dr.P.Nithya Gowri B.E ,MBA,PhD , Founder CHARITHAM CAREER STUDIO is an Educational Human Resource Consultant . She completed computer science engineering from PSG College of Technology and is a gold medalist in Masters of Business Administration from PSG IM . She also holds a doctorate degree from Bharathiar University in Human Resource Management. Her research work has been acknowledged in various prestigious institutions like IIM Kozhikode , IISC – Banglore ,NIRMA University etc
She is the recipient of “Best Motivational Award - 2016” & “Best Guidance Award - 2017”. Her experience includes developing strategies to improvise the Human Resource Activities in various schools and colleges. CCMI (Charitham Career Mapping Instrument) is her brain child that aids to map careers for high school children. Passion towards research has shaped her as a specialist in Career Rooting thus leading to the to the birth of CHARITHAM CAREER STUDIO in the year 2017.
She is the recipient of Ms P. Miruthula , ME Computer Science , has rich experience as an educational strategist in International Schools. As a highly passionate and self-motivated person she is ardent about guiding children. Her interest lies in updating her knowledge with the recent trends in education and her networking skills has shaped her as the Palam Co-ordinator .
