Explorers (Grade 6 to Grade 9)

THEDAL – THE SEARCH BEGINS

The Explorer stage is where curiosity becomes direction. Children begin asking deeper questions — “What am I good at?” “What do I enjoy?” “Do marks alone decide my future?” At this age, they start noticing real careers, real people, and real possibilities. Our role is to help them explore safely, meaningfully, and confidently.
HOW WE DO
Discover Domains
The students get introduced to the importance and beauty of all the domains (science,art,technology,commerce and social sciences)
Experiential Learning
Through projects and mentor insights, learners engage with the practical side of different subjects and domains.
Mentor Interactions
Conversations with professionals across various domains to help them understand “what people actually do” in real jobs.
Reflection Journals
Simple reflective exercises that help them think about what they enjoyed, what they learnt, and what they want to explore next.
Build Early Direction
By the end of the Explorer stage, students develop a clearer understanding of their strengths, passions, and the paths they may want to explore further in high school.
